Ordering

* Our pajamas are a comfortable fit you are between sizes we advise you to size down

We accept all major credit cards , PayPal and all Shopify enabled payment methods.

Check out our waitlist option on the sold-out product’s page! While some of our ranges are limited, others will be restocked and we want you to be the first to know!

Shipping & Delivery

We are proud to offer free shipping on ALL orders in the USA!

We ship most domestic orders via USPS, but offer shipping options through UPS for additional cost. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to ship orders outside of the U.S.

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Thereafter, you will receive your tracking number. All expedited options are provided at checkout.

Once you’ve ordered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an order number. Once we have processed your order, you will receive an additional email with a tracking number so you can track your package through the carrier you chose.

File a claim with the carrier, then contact us at info@nightrose.com with your order number and claim number. We will figure it out together!

We don’t currently have international shipping, but we hope to introduce it in the future!

Returns

You can start your return here, or email us at returns@nightrose.com. Sorry, but we need to deduct $7 per product from your refund to pay for return shipping fees.  Take a look at our Returns Policy.

Nightrose will gladly accept your return on all unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise. A return should be mailed within 30 days of  the registered arrival of the package.

For all US orders, original shipping and handling charges are on us (YAY), however if you need to return your item, you have two options:

Inside your package, please include the printable return packing slip provided to you.

Once your return has been received and we have inspected it, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment. Merchandise that appears to be worn, washed or not in its  original condition may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
