Refund policy
nightrose will gladly accept returns of unused, undamaged and unaltered merchandise according to our returns policy.
While for all original orders in the US, shipping and handling fees are on us (yay!), sorry, but we will need to deduct return shipping fees of $7 from your refund.
A return should be requested and mailed within 30 days of the registered arrival of the package.
Inside your package, please include the printable return packing slip (downloadable during the return process).
Once your return has been received and we have inspected it, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment. Merchandise that appears to be worn, washed, or not in its original condition may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
These are handmade items. If there are any serious concerns about the quality of your purchase, please contact us at info@nightrose.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We are proud to offer free shipping on ALL orders in the USA!
We ship most domestic orders via USPS, but offer shipping options through UPS at an additional cost. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to ship orders outside of the USA.
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Thereafter, you will receive your tracking number. All expedited options are provided at checkout.
